Existing Delivery Customer

Welcome Back! Let’s Get You Topped Up!

Just a quick reminder: we provide high alkaline pH 9.5+ hydrogen rich restructured water only.
Price is $3.50/gallon.

Minimum order of 10 gallons for free delivery.
Same day delivery is from Monday through Friday only.
Bottle collection is from 8am-10am. Bottle delivery is after 6pm.
Please place an order via the order form or by texting us 1 day prior to the day of pick-up/delivery.
(Note: Cut-off for delivery orders will be at 9pm the day before pick-up/delivery)
Leave bottles outside your door/porch BEFORE 8am the next day. Pick-up will be from 8am-10am. If you forget to leave your bottles outside, we will send a one-time courtesy text reminder and attempt to collect your bottles 1 more time. If the bottles are not outside during the 2^nd attempt, your pick-up/delivery will be re-scheduled for the following day.
Bottles will be collected, pressure washed (with ozonated water), and stored in our store during the day. Bottles will be delivered 6pm onwards.
We will only pick up the number of bottles indicated in the text the day prior to delivery.
Orders received on Thursday after 9pm will be processed for Monday morning pick-up and delivery.
If you missed delivery and need water ASAP, you can come into our store for a refill. We are open from Mon.-Fri. 10am-6pm and Sat. 10am-4pm.
Bottles should be 1, 2, 3, or 5 Gallon size.
Bottles should have only contained water in them.
For good sanitation practices, the bottles you provide or purchase from us are yours and will be labeled accordingly. We do not “swap” bottles.
We will not be collecting glass bottles at this time.
Pono Revival and its employees will not be responsible for damages done to bottles prior to pick-up or after delivery.
Invoices will be sent to the e-mail you have provided and are due upon receipt. To prevent delays in water service, please take care of your invoice before your next order. Mahalo!

I'm so happy I found this small local family business. In desperation to find a new water delivery company (because my old one kept missing their scheduled delivery dates and kept charging me for non-deliveries), I was excited to find Pono Revival right here in my neighborhood of Hoopili. I no longer need to wait and hope that I get my deliveries on time because the night before I need more water, all I need to do is text Pono Revival. Then they'll come by in the morning and deliver my order that same afternoon/early evening. There were also times that I forgot to text them but they are so convenient that I can swing by and they will fill it up for me right there or I can just drop it off to them and they'll deliver it when they do their deliveries that afternoon. The owners are extremely friendly and addresses us by our first names. No more having to drive to an industrial area 20 minutes away and struggle to find parking and walking up stairs to have to talk to unhappy, non-smiling employees that barely give you a smile and no more having to wait sometimes 30+ minutes on hold for thr next available customer service rep! Thank you Pono Revival!

Not only is their service great, their products are amazing too! My husband would get a lot of muscle cramps in his hamstrings. Coincidentally, once we changed our water to Pono Revival, the random cramps stopped! Then for a few days, we drank regular water and he ended up getting one of his cramps again. We went back to drinking Pono Revival again and he hasn't gotten it since. I'm not saying that it is 100% because of the water but it's hard for me to say that it might not be because it's too much of a coincidence that his cramps only occur when he stopped drinking alkaline water. Even my two young children would rather drink their water than juice! We even have their shower filter that lasts for a whole 2 years. I've had it for 16 months now and you can see the build up in the filter so it's satisfying to know that it's working. It even made the shower water taste better.

They have weekday specials if you go in to pay for your water. I normally go on Tuesdays or Thursdays to get an extra 10% off. The other days are discounts on their water containers (they also sell glass containers if you're not a plastic person), discounts on their supplements, and I don't remember the other one. They now have a buy 6 get 1 free and a point system when you punch in your phone number to earn perks!
