The purified water is then remineralized by going through beds of certified natural minerals that give water high alkaline, ionized, and hydrogen-rich properties. In the last stages, the water is run through tourmaline and quartz crystals and a series of vortexes that appropriately restructures and recharges the water as nature intended. This produces living water that provides maximum healthy hydration.

PURIFICATION I – SEDIMENT FILTRATION AND WATER CONDITIONING
The Pono Revival treatment process initiates with water conditioning using a high-capacity KDF + Steam Activated Carbon media. KDF, a trusted industry standard, effectively eliminates chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, water-soluble heavy metals, and microorganisms from the water.
During this stage, harmful contaminants undergo a transformation into harmless components. For example, free chlorine is converted into benign, water-soluble chloride, safely carried into the next stage. Similarly, metals like copper, lead, and mercury react and adhere to the medium’s surface, ensuring their effective removal from the water supply. Following this, the water undergoes treatment with steam-activated carbon derived from coconut shells.
This media, another industry standard, addresses a wide range of impurities including chlorine, chloramine, herbicides, industrial solvents, heavy metals, hydrogen sulfide, iron, pesticides, SOCs (Synthetic Organic Compounds), THMs (chlorine byproduct), VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds such as BCEE, hydrocarbons, MTBE, etc.), among others.
To prepare for the next stage, a 1 Micron filter is employed, removing silts, fine dust, cement dust, protozoan cysts, and various other particles.
PURIFICATION II – HIGH-EFFICIENCY REVERSE OSMOSIS FILTRATION + UV STERILIZATION
Utilizing a high-efficiency reverse osmosis membrane, our system effectively eradicates particles as small as 0.0001 microns. Reverse osmosis, a recognized industry standard, is employed for its eco-friendly approach with a 1:1 waste to recovery ratio. This means that for every 1 gallon of clean water produced, an equivalent gallon is utilized in the process.
ALKALIZING / IONIZING THROUGH NATURAL MINERALS
A sequence of ionizing and alkalizing stages transforms the initially acidic reverse osmosis water into a mineralized, ionized, and hydrogen-rich water. Our meticulously sourced natural dolomites, gathered from caves, sea shelves deposits, and marble gravel, serve as a rich mineral source containing magnesium, calcium, sodium, and potassium. These high-quality minerals are certified natural and form our proprietary blend, which effectively reduces the Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) to -250 or lower and elevates the alkalinity to a pH of 9.5 or higher, creating antioxidant-rich water. Real-time testing and display of all readings are available in-store, and is why we are confident that we provide the healthiest water on the island.
Once achieving purified, alkaline, and hydrogen-rich properties, the water undergoes a final enhancement through activated coconut carbon to refine the taste. Following this, a dual UV light treatment is employed. This treatment ensures rapid and effective inactivation of microorganisms, validated through microbial testing to eliminate harmful agents like Cryptosporidium, Giardia, E.Coli, and Fecal Coliform. The product water undergoes an additional micron and carbon filtering process between UV stages, just before vortexing, to eliminate any potential particles from the processing equipment used in the treatment process.

VORTEX RESTRUCTURING THROUGH TOURMALINE + QUARTZ CRYSTAL + IMPLOSION
Inspired by Viktor Schauberger, the pioneer of implosion technology and known as the father of this concept, our water vortexing and restructuring process aims to counteract the adverse effects of modern water treatment on both our bodies and the environment. Drawing from the principles of implosion technology, our vortexing stages commence with the water passing through tourmaline and quartz crystal. The subsequent path divides into two implosion spirals, each leading into dedicated glass pipes. These paths ultimately converge into a single glass pipe where a pair of vortex energizers, made of copper and silver, are attached. The vortex energizer enhances the energetic quality of water through vibration, akin to one tuning fork picking up the vibration of another, even without direct contact.
